12"-20" forecasted here. I've been up for 2 hours and already have cabin fever!

Crankin', if your son and daughter in law haven't already changed their flight plans, they might want to do so....

The snow was up to my mid-calf this morning when I took Shiloh out for a walk. I heard on the radio that the airport got 9", and that's just four miles from my house. It's still snowing hard. It's very pretty, and Shiloh was in heaven on his walk.

Tried calling my son last night and he didn't return the call, which is most unusual. But, then I saw DIL posted last night on FB, that they were leaving tonight. It's out of my hands... someone who has survived 2 tours in Iraq can handle a flight delay! Besides, they are going to her family, not me. They might arrive in Philly a couple of days late, I suppose, but they will be getting here on time next Sunday, because the train rarely stops running.

I guess this is the 1-2 inches we were supposed to get by morning....and it's supposed to snow until when???

I think I'm going to have to take up snow biking this winter.
