I had to look it up. It's a hot pepper sauce used in Portuguese and east African cooking. There are recipes for it floating around on the internet.
At least I don't leave slime trails.

I used to make peri-peri from a Brazilian recipe. Delicious, but alot of work.

Enjoy that cabbage! I can't stand the stuff ever since the Blizzard of '78 when Star Market and all the other stores ran out of food, except for cabbage it seems. For three weeks, we had cabbage. Luckily, my mother's a great cook and did all sorts of things with it, but that did me in for cabbage. Never again.

I love sauerkraut. With some sort of sausage and mustard... oh such evil pleasure.

Now definitely I could not eat the whole cabbage, but then it does shrink down alot.

I really like cabbage just for sauerkraut. A fantasy decadent sandwich is a Reuben sandwich. Or gourmet, interesting sausage with sauerkraut on side.
In coleslaw, cabbage rolls, it's ok. When it's in Chinese dishes, just find it's just a "filler" veggie. Doesn't excite me.
