The Guru's I've seen are very nice. If this is the Newsteel road frame (Litespeed is a whole 'nother brand), I'd go fo it. If it is a tri-bike, you may want to reconsider as they are a different beast than a road bike. Sounds like kharma!

The GURU frame is that of a road bike. How are tri-bikes different?

Basically, the geometry of the tri bike makes it easier to run after you get off it- it preserves your running muscles, but isn't as comfortable, some would say, for long distance road riding.
