162.4 I am sure it is hormonal. I have been sticking with WW, but clearly, my body is not intereste in letting anything go this week

    170. Hormones and overeating. I am having a hard time sticking to my eating plan. It's starting to look like Nov/Dec are going to be a wash and I will have to re-focus when the new year starts.

    Back in the right direction!

135.5 today! Plus, my semester just ended, so I should have more time to work out now

Kacie - I hear you. I was spot on with my WW last week and still gained.

I have a hard time lately actually getting to a scale. We don't own one, and I haven't been bike commuting much lately - the scale is in the locker room of my fitness center where I shower after riding in.
But I rode in this a.m.
162 for me, which I think is no change. I guess it's not bad, given how atrocious my diet (or lack thereof) has been lately with all the crazy holiday events.

Possegal - Go ahead an take me off the list. I'm going to drop out of this challenge for awhile. I realized last night that I've been doing this for over a year now and I've basically lost no weight.

I'm going to focus on training and fueling and forget weight loss for awhile (at least, forget stepping on a scale every week). For now, that's the plan...I may change my mind come January.

I did the same thing. Although I peek here to see how everyone is doing.
Of course I have not stepped on the scale, but the pants never lie. They fit, but snugger than I want. Been "over fueling".

I'm in the same boat- in and out of the challenge here, did a Weight Watchers session at work, but didn't sign up for the next round. I think it is good to take break once in a while.
