Here it is! New tires (Bontrager Hard Case), cushy new handlebar wrap, aero brake levers, and an awesome Brooks saddle (many thanks to divingbiker!!!). Eventually it will get more of a commuter treatment (rear rack, lights, etc.) but this is as far as current funding would get us:
The weather is lousy so my sister hasn't even had a chance to ride it yet.
But it should be sunny this weekend, so maybe we can sneak in a ride on Sunday morning.

Just want to show off our dual Brooks:
(PS On the rear rack of my bike is a box of new pink handlebar wrap. My bike got jealous so I had to get it a little something.
