Ha! I wish I could feel like that *any* time.
I had a great swim this morning. My workouts are still much shorter than what most of you are doing (1700 meters this morning) but I feel like I'm accomplishing alot.
This morning one of my sets was 5x100 like this:
EEEE
HEEE
HHEE
HHHE
HHHH
(H=Hard, E=Easy)
I rested about 30 seconds between each 100. Was pleased with how much my time came down from EEEE to HHHH.
My shoulders are pleasantly tired at the moment. :-)
