No, I didn't cross post. I have this confounded system on my computer that logs me in and somehow that one post got on the log in information!
I finally got it cleared out. Wonder where else that got posted

Yesterday my younger daughter arrived for a holiday visit. Our Pearl just loves her long aromatic hair.
Here Pearl leaped up unexpectedly from the ground onto her shoulder and seriously snuggled into the curly mane. My camera was sitting right nearby so I captured the moment.

Trek.. I love the photos of Gatsby! What a beautiful little guy. I am having puppy envy for sure! It is time I replace my girl, I think.

Lisa -- your daughter does have beautiful hair! Pearl looks SO happy up there!

Pretty! My co-worker's daughter wanted a corn snake for her 8th birthday, her parents bought her one and she loves it...but it smells! They keep it's place clean but it still smells, any tips I could pass along to them??

Are they using vermiculite (I think that's how you spell it). I never have any problems with smells unless he's done a big poo after shedding his skin.

With the vermiculite you can just lift out the soiled part and replace the lot every few months.

I'll copy this and send it to her, I don't know what they use but she tells me it smells to high heaven in her daughters room.

    Thanks!

Oops Pax I think the stuff I use is actually Corn Cob. Here's a link with a picture so your friend can see the sort of stuff it is. I buy mine from a local serpentarium.

Thanks again. I know she really wants to keep her snake but her folks are getting fed up with the smell, hopefully this will help.

I hope it helps. When I first got my snake I just used newspaper to line the bottom of the tank and I never had smells with that either. It's a cheap alternative.
