Heavy sigh...
Last Monday was DH's birthday. He requested carrot cake. I complied - and had a couple small pieces over the course of the week. Then came Thanksgiving and all it entails - foods I normally don't prepare or eat plus pumpkin pie (which I LOVE), and my fall-themed gingerbread cookies. I did get in a couple power walks and a short bike ride, but the overindulgence won out and the scale showed it. 137
