Only really on weekend mornings, because at the moment, I live in an urban area (near a hospital and university) so it's quite busy on weekdays. I went out in the evenings during the summer, but now that it gets dark so early, I lose that riding time.

In the summer months when I am off (yes, I work in a middle school) every single day! In the fall and spring on the weekends (and once the days begin to get longer I start my after work rides) and in the winter whenever I get a dry day.

I ride as often as I can as the weather and my schedule allows. Sometimes I ride several times a week and other times there may be several weeks that I don't get to ride at all. I really miss it when I can't ride for several days. On average I guess I ride about 2 times a week, usually between 25-40 miles per ride.

My bike is my vehicle so it's every day. Took the bus last January 28 for a snowstorm.
