Last night, I decided to take a ride on the first bike I found in the garage that didn't need air in the tires. It happened to be my son's size L mountain bike, but it was all good. I need to give myself permission to just go out and ride with no fuss or muss (except the helmet), and then I can be like Tulip and just try to ride a little every day. The only bike I need shoes for is my road bike, so I have lots of other bikes I can ride on the spur of the moment.
