I'm trying to crack down on PM spammers. If any of you have received, or in the future do receive PM spam, please let me know, either by sending me a PM or emailing webmaster@teamestrogen.com. Please include the username of the spammer so I can delete their account.

I've also increased the "wait time" interval required between sending PMs, which should further discourage spammers from trying to send messages to forum members.
