I ran home from jiu-jitsu class last night. I like this routine. BJJ gets me warmed up for the run so it usually feels pretty good even though I'm tired. It was hard, but I kept my pace around 8:50 for the 5.6miles door-to-door.

As for my wknd run, I am not racing, but I will be getting on the trail aroun 3 or 4am to practice running with the headlamp again. At least 1/2 of the 100miler is going to be in the dark so I need to be well trained in it. Should be fun!
