I had a GUY tell me about it!! ( He cycles and is fairly femme friendly! Also, a VERY close friend, so I guess it doesnt count!)

I just pinch pack wet wipes from fast food places( chicken ones). Get a bottle of water and stock up!

So far, I'm really liking the "Bike Shop Girl" website. Would have never become aware of "Hoo Ha Ride Glide", had it not been for that site. Definitely plan on getting some of that stuff in the near future.
