I did 1.87 miles on the treadmill with my trainer today. Jogging still hurts my knee, so we didn't do much. Instead I walked with the incline set at 15% with a 30 pound bar on my shoulders. THAT was fun.The next set was more incline walking, no weight, but a much faster pace. I think it has healed enough that I can do some walking outside now.
It's weird how jumping rope doesn't bother it, but running does. I set a new PR jumping rope the other day - 226 jumps in a minute.
