Car doors can be dangerous, even when you are NOT on the bike. Yeah this was one of those complete flukes that happens. This has been killing me all this week riding. I iced it like crazy right after it happened but it's begun to get hard where the door hit. That is the top of my quad in case you can't tell (it's hard to take a picture of you own leg). It seems to be itching inside the bruising now? Is that normal?
