I'm not eligible for a new phone 'til February... just enough time for the problems in the Droid to shake themselves out and let me decide whether I want one or not.

Is it as huge and heavy as it seems from the specs? That's not so much of a problem for me - since if I get one, I'll be replacing a flip phone and an iPod Touch and a compact camera - but it seems like a "big" issue for people wanting to switch from iPhones.
