She's always been one of my favorites/heroines. If I recall correctly, she would wear certain pins to annoy Saddam Hussein.
If that book signing is open to the public, I might go! I would LOVE to meet her and get a signed copy of her book.

when i was working in Brussels I often saw her walking in the streets. Her hotel was just across the street.
