When I was in Bosnia in the late 90s, Madame Albright was a big hit with the women I was working with, all of whom were highly-educated, "western." They thought she was really great, although they couldn't believe that she wore such short skirts. They blushed, and pointed to their knees. It's true, when she sits down, her knees are exposed. Whoop-de-do, I thought, but I didn't say it (how do you say "whoop-de-doo" in Bosnian, anyways?)
