Well...I must be a "freak" or something...because I actually can't stand beer. I can't even remember the last time I drank a beer! Might have been when I was in my early 20's (I'm 44 now)...Didn't like it back then, either...but it was a cheap way to get a buzz. Once I was "legal", I moved up to Long Island Iced Teas...
Haven't had one of those in about a decade. I guess you could say, I don't really drink much...if at all.

Oh, I do love beer!
Although I have strong preferences that change moment to moment, I'm pretty much an equal opportunity drinker.
Tiger the cat, however, prefers Cutthroat, and will nuzzle up until he gets a lick off the bottle rim.
Back in the day when I had a grouchy infant, the doc advised me to get comfy, drink a beer and nurse the babe, and that it would do us both good. (me and the kid, not me and the doc).

I have an abiding fondness for dark chewy beers.
Guinness is good.
A good Black and Tan is wonderful, even if the beers mix because I can't pour them right
Our local brewery Empyrean Ales does a very good job, I'd ride my bike downtown for one of their Third Stone Browns.
Other people can drink the lite beers, leaves more of the dark ones for me!
Give big space to the festive dog that make sport in the roadway. Avoid entanglement with your wheel spoke.

I don't really like beer either, but the Otter Creek almost changed my mind.

I've moved into my red wine drinking season now (makes it sound like I drink a lot, I don't - just enough though
) but I do love ice cold beer in the summer.
