I dream mostly about being able to make time and having good weather to spend on the bike(s) that I have, which I'm happy with at the moment.
I'd have lots of gorgeous dream bikes, but since I know most of them would have geometry that wouldn't be comfortable for me personally. they'd be dreamy to look at, but wouldn't be so comfy for me in the long run...
well then I'd have to say i already HAVE my dream bike:
My custom steel Luna, because it's gorgeous and it fits me so perfectly and feels so good to ride.

I also ride my dream bike - a custom Ti/carbon Seven ID8 road bike. Fits like a glove. Rides like it's on rails. Fast off the dime and comfortable on long century rides.
That said...I'm married, I'm not dead. I still carry thoughts of an ultimate commuter bike, a 'cross bike, and a TT bike (so the world can fall over laughing when I put in the slowest time at every time trial!).
