Kat, I am not sure what direction it is going yet... it may be worth your while to start the same kind of coordination thread in the Southeast topic. That way you can get the SC, NC, VA, TN, GA etc. folks...
I can do five more miles.
I live on the Cape and could ride north toward the south shore/Boston or west toward RI.
Wave, I added you to the list.

I'm in Southeast PA (about 20 miles from Philly) I'd be glad to host Maidai when she gets out this way.

Allez, I added you.

I would be willing to participate..somehow wnyrider and I could meet, I believe "songlady" lives in Rochester, I think there is someone from Syracuse region if I remember, Bleeker lives up north, way up northfrom us. I don't know off too many from NY truthfully that participate on this board. By the distance, I think camping might be involved or really really good strong legs with a tail wind for us to all trek across the state
..keep me on your list..

Bleeker does not live "way up north." She lives just across the MA border from Great Barrington, about 25 miles. I rode to meet her when I was in the Berkshires, so it's a realistic approximation.
Sorry I haven't been paying much attention to this thread. I'm living near the end of the Minuteman Bike Path in Bedford, so I can easily ride into town that way to meet Newfsmith and then ride to Concord to meet Crankin. Yesterday I rode the path to Alewife and the connector to Davis Sq in Somerville where my daughter lives.

Deb, I didn't think you lived near the end of the trail; maybe Newfsmith and I could meet up at your place and then we could go on from there... so far, no one from the city area has chimed in.
I rode the Minuteman for the first time last week. Nice during the week, but I suspect crowded on the weekends. My son said it was hard for him to find the connector from the Davis Sq. trail to the Minuteman, when he rode out to see us. I'd like to be able to meet him in Somerville by bike by using that connecting trail.

Completely jumping in here. The bike path in Arlington is very accessible to me, and I can successfully navigate it from Davis Square, or to points beyond. Put me to work!
Deb,
I will PM you. I have Wednesdays and Fridays off from school. Let me look at my schedule; I have some appt's scheduled the next few weeks, but I think we could get something in before it gets too freezing.
A little nervous about actually riding on the street in Somerville. I'd be happy just getting to the end of the trail!
I added Zia and Deb W to the list.
