"My club is in the process of re-vamping the club kit following some changes to our sponsors, but the whole thing is turning into a major headache, as no one can decide on a design.

We’ll agree to one thing, only to have that totally turned round in the next meeting and have to start all over again. We can’t even decide what aspects of the current design to keep and what to ditch and we're just going round in circles."

One of the reasons I left design after 12 years in the field is "design by commitee" 8-)

Whoever is doing the design should work with 1 to at most 3 people. As a designer I refused to work for more than one person. That person can get feedback from infinite numbers of others others but I answered to only them.

Otherwise everyone wants THEIR favorite color, THEIR favorite typeface, THEIR favorite jersey, each sponsor wants THEIR logo bigger and on top...

Decide who's most qualified to manage the project and eveyone else get out of the room and go ride their bike 8-)
