    SO - opinions please - this chart has one more week to go, to make it 8 weeks. But, it is kind of helpful to have it not span 3 months technically. So, do we end this one here at 7 weeks, and I start a new thread and new chart for next Friday? Let me know what you think.

    Okay by me. I sure appreciate you doing this. I may not be losing the weight I want each time, but having the weigh-ins at least makes me think about what I'm eating and how much (or little lately ) I'm working out. Thanks Possegal.

    So, I haven't weighed-in at all in the last two weeks. But I did see my doc this AM who did weigh me (she didn't tell me what it was and I didn't ask).
    She wasn't happy I guess eating out every night for two weeks isn't a great thing for the body. She's putting me on a new program for the next four weeks. I'm really hoping to reach my goal in the next challenge
