B- oatmeal with milk, tea with milk. Tangerine, grapes.
Snacks- almond biscotti & coffee with milk
banana, tea with milk, 2 slices of rosemary bread with abit of blue cheese
1 freshly baked pretzel, more tea
Raisins.
Supper - sauteed mushroom, onions and garlic wrapped and baked in phyllo (he forgot to add escargots..which I bought a tin.)
sauteed leek and fennel on side.
abit of yogurt with homemade applesauce
2 fresh figs
