Please please take the three weeks entirely off, no gym, no weights, no nothing, in the long and short run it won't effect you that much. Do things you don't normally have time to do, go to the movies, a new cafe, some new activity for the three weeks, it'll go by quicker than you think and then you will feel a LOT better, and bodies that train that much NEED rest, sometimes and usually don't get it except for obligatorily!
