    I'm not sure I want to know how it got its name.

    You did great, especially compared to just a few weeks ago AND with those hills. At shorter distances like that, shaving off that much time is awesome.

    Now I am craving frosted mini wheats

    I didn't see any tarantulas while I was running, but as we were driving out we saw some people taking photos of one that 4 - 5 inches across.

    Thanks! I'm really stoked about the whole day. Some days running just seems so darn hard, breathing is off, stomach is off... but I'm having more days where it feels good. Today was one of those. I was working hard,average heart of 175 for the race... but I didn't feel like I was struggling.

    My trainer doesn't approve of mini wheats, but I eat 'em anyway. It's quick and easy and doesn't have that much more sugar than some of the other things I was eating for breakfast. I like 'em best with fresh blueberries. Blueberries seem to stay fresh longer than other berries too.
