Snacks - apricot danish & coffee with milk (yea, bad. A stopover near end of ride.)

Supper- baguette sandwiches with warm braised portabello mushrooms (marinated in red wine, herbs, wine vinegar, oil etc.) with Raclette cheese slices and fresh basil.
Dessert (also homemade): peach compote with ginger root, cinnamon, red wine and maple syrup drizzle over yogurt. No sugar was added. Supper was courtesy of dearie who invented this all stuff.![]()
