We can do whatever we want!

I've upped it to 100,000, which puts us a little over 3000 from our goal. We got a huge "pile o' miles" from katherinaberge, who is a Cat 3 rider! With the holidays and truly shocking weather east of the Missouri, it will be a challenge to reach the goal (is weather rotten out west, too?). Pedal off that turkey/goose/tofurkey, girls!!!

Yeah - nothing like having a RAAM winner on your team for a little mileage boost!

    Hee hee, no kidding.

So I was loafing arourd this morning coming up with the Excuse du Jour for not going out for a ride, and I looked over on bikejournal and realized I was about 6 miles shy of breaking 3000 ! So I hauled my lazy butt out and had a lovely time, thenkewverymuch.

The hardest part is always getting out the door, it seems.

    Hi Girls,

I just joined; used different user name: "Ninabike". I put my miles in for the year (1,964), so I hope it shows up in the team total. I'm just getting used to how to use the Journal. I'm not sure I will make my goal of 2,500 for the year since it gets dark so early now. Riding during the first few months of 2005 in Southern California was not so good due to all the rain (almost set a record for most ever annual rainfall). Will try to "sneak" out of work early to get in a few extra rides.

    Nina
