    Haven't tried that, but it looks like it'd be great for my funky flat wing bars that accessories can't really mount on.

    I think it would definitely help with flat-top bars! I was thinking it might help get my headlight beam "beyond" my shifter housing, instead of having its shadow on the road.

    I have my computer on the stem so I guess it wouldn't help me.
