I absolutely love my La Canche oven/range. It's pricey, probably in the same range as Wolf and other high-end ranges, but it has several advantages. First, it isn't as deep as the Wolf et al., so it fits into the normal counter space (no special designing to get around the fact that the range sticks out several inches). Second, it comes with either one or two ovens, as you prefer, and I believe it's the only company that will do one gas oven plus one electric oven (this is the one I have). I use my electric oven exclusively for baking (so I never get a creme brulee that tastes faintly of onions or fish), although I use the gas oven for bread (with a baking stone). The small ovens are great--they don't dry out food the way huge American ovens do, and yes, a turkey fits (the biggest I've roasted in it was an 18 pounder--they don't come any bigger than that here). I could go on and on about how wonderful it is. Let me know if you want more info.
ETA: the width of mine is a meter, so exactly 40 inches.
