It was nice! I went on a group ride for the first time since the week before Labor Day. I am mad at myself for missing the ones in September, because they are usually in beautiful coastal locations that are too busy in the summer. I keep thinking I only have one and a half years left of the freedom to do these Wednesday rides, because I have to work full time for 2 years to get my license, once I graduate. I am hoping to find a place where I can work with clients at night on Wednesdays, because this group is so unique; social, 13-15 mph average on hilly rides, but they go faster on the flats. Usually a choice of short/long rides and a group that goes a bit faster than above, which I join at times. Interesting people and good lunch stops.
My priorities are screwed up, I guess!
