Saturday:
Breakfast: Cereal and banana
Lunch: burrito with beef, rice, beans, salsa
Dinner: Pasta (egg noodles) with chicken stroganoff; glass of wine
Dessert: Small bit of ice cream
Sunday:
Breakfast: Toast and peanut butter
Lunch: Leftover pasta and chicken stroganoff
Snack: 1 Beer
Dinner: Piece of ham steak, roasted sweet potatoes, green peas, glass of wine
Dessert : Large bowl of ice cream!
I pigged out this weekend; need to tone it down a bit!
