    I did? Woohooooooo!

    Time for a new goal. It's just so easy to get complacent and slack off, but today I swam 600 yards in 25 minutes, then met a friend at the lake - my superfit black belt friend- and we rode 12 miles in about 45 minutes. Not back to back, so not technically a brick, but my hair was still wet from the pool as I was riding around the lake.

    Ok, I'll post again tomorrow with my actual Friday weight for the challenge.... but today I was 147.6! Down a pound, FINALLY!!!! Happy dance time!
