You can manually upload photos to picasa web from your browser without downloading picasa. Just go to picasaweb.google.com, log in with your gmail account if you have one, make one if you don't... and click the upload button.Originally Posted by Irulan

Huh? All I did was right click on my image in my picasa account, "save image as" and then pasted the html in the image code for the forum. People said they were having a problem embedding images into their posts so I was just trying it out. Originally Posted by Catriona

If you have a google account, you probably have a gmail account.
I have a couple of gmail accounts that I just set to autoforward to my yahoo account... I keep one for craigslist, one for ebay, one for whatever...

Well I just found out that I can actually have a google account for Google Docs without having to have a Google email account. It was news to me, and I'm glad that people who are far more tech-savvy than me, which isn't saying alot, share their knowledge so that I can learn this stuff.

Winkflash currently has a coupon code for a 100 page photobook for $20 (it'll be definitely listed on fatwallet)...
Winkflashes photobooks are okay, the pics are a little pixellated and maybe on the dark side... but it's sure cheap for $20 for 100 pages. Shutterfly does a much nicer job, but they are also much more expensive.
