A bike Friday (I already have the specs. for custom-made. I visited the factory when on vacation) or Brompton.
I can't imagine a beach cruiser...sounds too hard of a ride where we live.

If only it fit.

do I have to choose only one?
My next BIKES are as follows (in no particular order):
Trek Belleville (the new steel mixte)
Trek District
Surly LHT
Check out my running blog: www.turtlepacing.blogspot.com
Cervelo P2C (tri bike)
Bianchi Eros (commuter/touring road bike)
1983 Motobecane mixte (commuter/errand bike)
Cannondale F5 mountain bike
I'm actually pretty happy with my 2 road frames - I would definitely like to bling 'em out with dura ace or sram red componetry and get them some fancy fancy wheels...
I'm also pretty happy with my mountain bike, I'd like to get it a new fork...
My commuter bike's pretty good, I'd like it to have a slacker seat tube angle - so I should maybe see if I can get it a larger setback on the seatpost maybe.
But were I to replace the surly/commuter bike - something with a 73 degree seat angle would be good - rawlands sogn, a rivendell, or something like that... probably something I wouldn't want to chain up & commute on. Something that could double as a touring bike.
I can see the advantages of a bike friday or a brompton - but don't actually need one at this point.
I'd like either a Cervelo R3 or RS....can't decide which one would be best for me.....![]()
No immediate plans since I just bought my Fuji in July. But would like a cross and mixte. I have looked a little for the mixte on E-Bay and Craiglist.

Agreed. I about died when a friend asked when I was converting my new bike (Trek Madone 5.2 WSD) to single speed or fixie. meh. hipsters.
My next bike will be either
a. a better fitting Cyclocross bike. Current one is too big. Maybe a Valkyrie?
b. Recumbent - would like to have that as an option to ride when my back acts up.
