Sudden mood change

Thanks, e.e. I just went for a nice easy 12-miler to my daughter's school to pick up her homework. It felt good to be on the bike and the weather was beautiful. Except for the wind (where in the world did that come from??).

The funny thing about the TE order - it was little things like arm warmers, 2 pairs of socks and a pair of gloves. But I needed them badly so opening that package was a lot of fun.

Thanks, Becky! I consider myself a runner who's pretending to be a cyclist. I have so many funny stories about how much I don't know about bikes and cycling but I've learned so much here on TE and from 7rider and the groups we ride with.

Isn't it amazing how a little cycling (and cycling gear) can totally turn your mood around. I ride during lunch at work and I always return with a smile on my face and a lot more energy!
