B: Oats Deluxe (oats, dried cherries, walnuts, 1tsp brwn sugar, 1/4 cup milk)
3 pieces of bacon
large coffee

AM Snack: No need today!

Lunch: lots of veggies with little olive oil and seasonings.
String cheese (this is what I'm pack when I'm lazy--which is most days)

PM Snack: apple slices with cinnamon, handful of almonds

Dinner: Some baked chicken and vegetable combination
(or if I'm really lazy, which will prob be the case, fried egg sandwich).

PM Snack: tea, 1 piece dark chocolate
