    B: Oats Deluxe (oats, dried cherries, walnuts, 1tsp brwn sugar, 1/4 cup milk)
    3 pieces of bacon
    large coffee

    AM Snack: No need today!

    Lunch: lots of veggies with little olive oil and seasonings.
    String cheese (this is what I'm pack when I'm lazy--which is most days)

    PM Snack: apple slices with cinnamon, handful of almonds

    Dinner: Some baked chicken and vegetable combination
    (or if I'm really lazy, which will prob be the case, fried egg sandwich).

    PM Snack: tea, 1 piece dark chocolate

    Oh, I'll probably have some pumpkin seeds too! Just baked some last night.

    Breakfast - cup of coffee, shredded wheat with bananas and strawberries

    Lunch - cup of homemade ham and split pea soup, 5 crackers with a bit of leftover grilled trout on top

    Dinner - leftover roasted chicken, potatoes, gravy and vege, glass of wine
