    homemade bread toast w/peanut butter, honey and apple slices

    rode 20 miles

    peanuts
    low fat yogurt

    homemade veggie pizza (red peppers)
    salad with greens, apple slices, almonds, sunflower seeds, croutons, red pepper chunks, olive oil/red wine vinegar

    I don't get the credit for the bread or pizza, DH makes all of our bread and pizza dough.

    (Yesterday we went out for Mexican food after our bike ride and pigged out)

    B: Oats Deluxe (oats, dried cherries, walnuts, 1tsp brwn sugar, 1/4 cup milk)
    3 pieces of bacon
    large coffee

    AM Snack: No need today!

    Lunch: lots of veggies with little olive oil and seasonings.
    String cheese (this is what I'm pack when I'm lazy--which is most days)

    PM Snack: apple slices with cinnamon, handful of almonds

    Dinner: Some baked chicken and vegetable combination
    (or if I'm really lazy, which will prob be the case, fried egg sandwich).

    PM Snack: tea, 1 piece dark chocolate

    Oh, I'll probably have some pumpkin seeds too! Just baked some last night.

    Breakfast - cup of coffee, shredded wheat with bananas and strawberries

    Lunch - cup of homemade ham and split pea soup, 5 crackers with a bit of leftover grilled trout on top

    Dinner - leftover roasted chicken, potatoes, gravy and vege, glass of wine
