Oatmeal with PB and raisins.
Plenty of Sencha green tea.
Warm blueberry-pomegranate juice.
(Maybe there's a small handful of almonds in here, I don't quite remember.
)
Leftover gobhi masala (local cauliflower, garlic and onions, and homegrown hot peppers), masoor dal & rice.
A mixture of rice syrup and barley malt syrup and a pinch of sea salt in my gel flask on my long run.
Risotto with local lima beans, onion and garlic, and homegrown red Russian kale, with some imported parmigiano reggiano and aged balsamico on the side, and local white Cabernet Franc.
I did pretty good today.
Maybe some of those amazingly delicious local grapes before bedtime.
