    Finally

I am riding my short commute and some other short rides. It is nice to have the chill of the cool breezes on my face and to be out while the leaves are spectacular. I am a very lucky person to be able to commute by bike.

I'm glad you're back to riding, twin!!!! Did you get doctor clearance, or are you just giving yourself clearance?

meh- those fussy doctors always want you to wait longer than you really need to. Liability and all probably...
What do they know anyway? When I had carpal tunnel surgery last year he told me not to ride my bike for a couple months. I was on my trainer within 2 weeks (with that hand in a brace on 4 pillows propped on the handlebars anyway). I didn't go OUTSIDE on my bike for 2 months...
    I'm sure you're fine!

Be well and ride happy! You've been in my thoughts. I have identical twin girls.
