130.6 - I think it's the same as last week.... despite staying in my basic points on weightwatchers and riding about 90 miles since Friday.

150, trying so hard too
Still 134. No movement, yet again. I guess this is a good thing because my cycling mileage is down lately. And last weekend I made an apple pie and had two pieces during the week. It was yummy, but I certainly didn't need the extra calories.
Will weigh in again in two weeks.

Considering that I was up over 174 earlier this week, I'm ok with this for now. Next week it will be less!

Up a bit this week to 215.2. Not a good start to the challenge, but not surprising. I've spent the week knocked out by a nasty cold which is finally on retreat so I have high hopes for next week.
I am 141 lbs. I forgot to weigh until this morning. Thanks again for maintaining the charts.

Sorry I am a little late. Life has been pretty crazy lately. I have not done very much exercise lately due to some unexpected high BP with a lot of dizziness. Bummer. Well I am at 153. Still striving for 145
Updating for this week - 151.4 - just got weighed at the gym.
Finding out how many calories there are in some of my favorite foods is such a bummer.... I need new favorite foods!
I am keeping track of my intake on livestrong.com (daily plate) - I need to keep track of every morsel for the next time I meet my nutritionist - that is my homework.

4" off my waist
1" off my upper arm
3.5" off my hips
3" off my chest (for some reason I am happy about this
1" off my thigh
And 11 lbs (although I've gained a lot of muscle too!)
Proof is in the fit of my clothes

Nice work Reesha.
65.4kg this week. Given the lack of exercise and abundance of snacks over the last few days, I'll take that happily.
Drink coffee and do stupid things faster with more energy.
I ended up at 241.6 this week. I worked out once in the gym last tues and then did my long ride on saturday. I made it my first metric centry + a few miles on saturday. I road a total of 68 miles so have not been so worried about calories. Tina
