Sounds like fun! I'll have to work hard this fall and next year and maybe I'll be able to join you next time. Good luck with it!

OH, I have 1500 from my Northwest Loop ride that I have not logged so I will put them in. I agree...if everyone does her part, we can move up a notch!!!

I do not use the forums on BJ because these are so much better. If I need a specific technical question answered, I usually google it and go to the best forum for my question!

Thanks for the gentle reminder to LOG IN the miles!!!

Logged my miles - I'm suddenly feeling inferior as a cyclist comparing my stats this year with everyone elses.

Tell me about it! Though I set for myself the very very modest goal of 500 miles this year and I'm at 513. So I may pale in comparison to others, but at least I met a goal! Next year, I've set it for 1000 miles!
You too can help me fight cancer, and get a lovely cookbook for your very own! My team's cookbook is for sale Click here to order. Proceeds go to our team's fundraising for the Philly Livestrong Challenge!

Awesome! I didn't actually have a goal. But I wouldn't be surprised if I did less miles this year than last (but I didn't log last year) - but I did spend a lot more time in my kayak than on my bike this summer than last. So I didn't get as many long rides in.

I'm finally riding more regularly now that the weather is warming up. It's only about 100K a week, but every little bit helps, right?

That's quite a bit more than just a little bit.
I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...

Well, I'm seriously impressed by the distances and times that some of the members do here, so I have the impression that I don't go very far very fast. I have a great time doing it, though.

Just think about what that adds up to week after week, month after month! (I'm averaging about 50 miles/week and should pass 2500 miles for the first time this year)

I finally logged my miles. As I mentioned earlier, I had a separate log for my Madone and an old log for my old Trek so I had to combine the two last night. When I kept the old log, I kept my daily mileage but for some reason, I didn't do a cumulative total. So the calculator was my friend last night.

I'm very happy with the mileage that I've done (especially since I don't consider myself a cyclist ) and I'm starting to think that maybe I can set some higher goals for myself next year.

I'm logging! I'm logging! I do it anally after every ride. Up to 4,082 logged, and that doesn't count about 36 miles I haven't logged yet, cause I snuck in a couple of climbing training rides without my super hero climbing buddy, who is EXTREMELY competitive with the BikeJournal miles and would have been in the depths of despair if she knew I got even further ahead of her in miles! Right now we are exactly even, though, so I'll wait for her to get ahead before adding them! We strive to be as high up in our club stats as possible. We are 9th and 10th right now. I'm 8th on Team Estrogen.

By far my most miles ever. My club, Cycling Connection, has the most miles logged for California. I can't get the thing to tell me how we compare to the country and world, though. Very frustrated.

So, I'm doing my part! Sue, what is your user name on BikeJournal? I couldn't find you on the list by your TE name.

It doesn't matter which club is your primary, as long as you have both club's listed. My miles show up in both places.
