Andrographis. Not a "miracle" as in "take one pill and your cold is gone," but it definitely makes the symptoms less severe and shortens the cold. Zinc lozenges/spray helps too, but only if you start as soon as the cold starts. Probably wouldn't help you at this point.

Hope you feel better. I had a cold last month and even though it wasn't a bad cold, having it was just awful.
