This morning I went on my first ever group ride. It was a 20-mile "C-D level" group with a no-drop rule so I felt pretty comfortable. The ride was over before I knew it and I got some numbers of some other women looking for someone to ride with...which is exactly what I was hoping for. Loved it!!!![]()

No one gets left behind - so if someone is struggling the whole group slows down and or stops to regroup often. Sometimes this can be a little interpretive - if someone is struggling another person or a few people will break off and stay with them - just as long as no one ends up alone.

I did my first group ride this weekend too! It was so cool ~ I ended up getting together with another bike blogger. He put up a notice of the ride on his facebook page. My hubby even went too!! There were 6 of us, and it was really fun, not only to ride with other people (for the first time), but get to meet some of my "online friends" in real life.![]()
