    Susan did a fantastic job. She rode really smartly and managed herself well on an extremely challenging day. There was carnage all over the course from the heat and she held it together like a pro.

    Oh goodness. I forgot about the two of you while I was whining about the heat over here this weekend.

    Congratulations to both of you for keeping it together and not just throwing in the towel based on the forecasts (which would be moi). I was talking to the guy who defended his title at the Mac Dash tri in Madras on Saturday. He said he was successful but it involved a lot of post-race vomiting.
