The Flea charges via USB? Did they come out with a new version?
Mine (front and rear) use the little magnetic chargers along with 1.5v household batteries. They work great- just don't lose the chargers like I did once
They are definitely great little lights, and I'm happy with them

Yup - there's a new version that charges via USB. I opted for the new one as I figured it was better to not have to use batteries.

I believe the light itself has not changed - the instructions still have the process for using a battery to charge, so I think its possible that you could get the USB charger without having to buy the lights too. You can even get a solar charger...

Great! I've been using rechargeable batteries for my Flea lights, but the USB or solar ideas sound even better!
