No running since Saturday. I've been doing battle with IT band the last couple weeks and it's been getting worse, so I'm taking a few days off so I don't do something bad to my knee. Stretching, using the foam roller (man, that hurts!) and taking Aleve. I'm hoping to be able to do at least a short easy jog tomorrow morning - we'll see. I'll keep reading this thread in the meantime for inspiration. You guys rock!
