Campagnolo Brake Release

The release is on your brake lever. Squeeze the lever and you'll see a round silver bar. Push toward outside of handlebar to release, in toward center of handlebar to close.

At least that's the way it works for Record 10

Same for Chorus 11. I find that with the brakes open, popping the front wheel out is still tighter than it was with my Shimano system. My SO, who has had Campy forever, did it for me recently and he "pops" the tire in and out....lines up the dropout with the hub and gives it a little pop and it goes right in.
I have practiced and mastered it, but will never have the flair he has.
