I am going to start weighing on Mondays because I do that with another group and its hard enough to do it once a week let alone 2. I also behave myself more over the weekend knowing I have to get on that scale monday morning.
With that said... current weight is 241.8.

Ended at 152!!! Huzzah! (closer than I was before-- and fit in a bunch of pants that I couldn't before!)

Oops. Forgot to weigh in over the weekend. 64.9kg today.
Drink coffee and do stupid things faster with more energy.
Congrats, Reesha!
I'm skipping my weigh in for last week. My parents have been in town and there has been a lot of eating and drinking going on and very little vigorous activity. I'm back on track today and will give myself a 'pass' to skip the weigh-in until 9/4. Let's hope I didn't do too much damage!

Thanks folks! I think there was a bit of a delayed reaction to all my summer's hard work-- although eating low fat has helped significantly too I think. Lots of asian inspired foods!
I have recently mastered Kimchi Jigae-- a spicy Korean stew with tofu, pork and kimchi (yum!)

Finished this challenge on 65.0 kg. Aiming for 63.5kg next time.

I have not tracked food all week.
I have been very hungry all week.
My workouts have been less (not feeling well and week before my tri).
But I end on 122.4...so I was better than I thought. Not my goal. Not sure I can ever really get there. My body or my eating/activity level seems to settle here not matter what.
Count me in for the next one. I MUST get under 120. My real goal is to have significant wieght off by Nov. 2 when I begin my 16 week marathon training plan. I know how hard it is to lose weight when in a serious TP for endurance. If I could get under 115....by Nov. 2nd, surely that is possible?
Good job and good luck to all!![]()

238! Even. 238.0.
Things I've done differently:
I've actually been recording what I eat, but only for the last two days, so, you know, is that a factor?
I rode 30 miles on Sunday (and nearly killed myself from heat exhaustion/electrolyte depletion), I took it easy on Monday, went to kick boxing Tuesday night, and took it easy again on Wednesday, then rode 30 miles yesterday.
My doctor and I finally put a myriad of symptoms together and came up with Polycystic Ovarian Disease and put me on medication for that, which I started Monday night. There is no definitive test for it, but symptoms include the tendency to gain weight around the middle and not be able to lose it, despite diet and exercise. There are a several other symptoms that I have, too: darkening of the skin in the armpit area, mannish body hair patterns, skin tags, acne, painful ovulation, difficulty getting or staying pregnant, among others. Thank dermatology gods for laser medical treatments.
So, in only three full days on Metformin, with no other real changes in my lifestyle, I've lost six pounds. I don't know if it's the cause or just a coincidence, or if this will keep up, but I sure hope this is the answer.
This is the first time I've been under 240 in about four years.

Thank you, Possegal!
Why is the final number showing #DIV/0? I don't know what that means.

174.0 not nearly where I wanted to be, but I'll take it.
That happened because I didn't have a weight for you for the first week, which is used to figure out the final lbs/% lost. Usually I put in whatever the first weight I was given for anyone in that square, but I dropped the ball on yours. SORRY.I fixed it now though. And congrats on a good weigh in but more importantly from seeming to get to the bottom of a medical issue. I keep thinking I have something more than just "mid-life inability to lose weight", but nothing medical has shown up.

134 again, which is good considering some of the poor food choices I've made this week. Trader Joe's mini peanut butter cups anyone?
I'm less than I was at the beginning of this challenge - a first for me!
Still looking for the illusive 129 for Sept/Oct.
